Account Verification Process

All new users must complete a straightforward account verification process to fully interact with the trading platform. To initiate this process, you must fill out several mandatory fields, which include:
- Your first name
- Your last name
- Date of birth
- Country of origin
You cannot start the verification process without filling in the required fields. Choose your country and click the "Confirm" button to start the verification process.
Step 1. Country of Residence
Let's begin the verification process. Before we start, ensure your document is not expired and you're ready to provide some personal information. In the first stage, choose one of the following options:
- You are a US citizen
- You are a citizen of another country
In simple terms, if you are not a US citizen, select the second option and click the "Continue" button.
Step 2. Document Type
At this stage, the user needs to choose the type of document they can provide to confirm their identity. There are four types of documents suitable for verification:
- ID card
- Passport
- Residence permit
- Drivers's license
Identify the type of document and select one of the four options. Ensure that the document you've chosen is not expired, then press the "Next" button.
Step 3. Document Photo
At this stage, the system will prompt you to provide access to your computer's camera or use a smartphone app. However, if you have already prepared photos of the document, you can simply upload them. Select "Upload photo of document" to revert to the previous step.
Before sending a photo of the document, ensure it meets the following conditions:
- The entire document is visible in the photo
- The document fills as much of the photo as possible
- The document is not cropped on any of the edges
Click the "Next" button and wait for the verification process to finish. Typically, it takes no longer than half an hour.
Email verification
After registration, an email containing a confirmation link will be sent to the provided email address. Simply click on this link to confirm your email.
If a significant amount of time has passed from the moment of registration to the moment of verification, and the link in the email is no longer functional, you can request a new email by clicking the "Resend" button.
Social Trading
Every new user has the opportunity to become public and participate in discussions and chats within the trading platform. To do so, they must fill out a form in the profile settings.
Setting up is straightforward - add a profile picture and choose a nickname. You also have the option to hide your profile from other participants on the trading platform.
Other Profile Settings
Other profile settings to consider include subscription management, where the user can turn off subscriptions or select the ones that interest them most. Users also have the option to select a preferred language and disable notification sounds.
Additionally, users can delete their accounts by simply clicking a button and providing a reason for account deletion.
